The U.N. Certified Infectious Substance Shipping Container meets the current U.S. D.O.T. and I.A.T.A. regulations for shipping infectious substances. Our package has been put through a rigorous test conducted by an independent testing facility that certifies we have met all requirements of the United Nations and the Department of Transportation’s Class 6.2 regulations for shipping of infectious substances by land, sea or air.
The package is a "lab user friendly" system offering a complete package to which you only need to add the primary container with the specimen to be tested. We have included all components such as the cellulose wadding, an absorbent sheet and an infectious substance label for the outside of the carton at no extra cost!
